RETURNS:

Books must be returned within 14 days of confirmation date. Returns should be shipped using a traceable method with proof of delivery. Returns will be made at the Customer's expense except in case of books sent in error.

A returned Product must be in a resalable condition when received from the Customer (so the Customer is responsible for adequate wrapping so it will be received in good condition)

Please contact our customer service team for details on return instructions. They will follow the necessary steps for refund/ replacement.

REFUNDS:

Refund requests made after two weeks of the invoice date and/or requests for refund are not eligible for refund.

Email confirmation will be sent to your email on file once your package is shipped. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight of the product, the destination, and the method of shipment. Packages ship out within 1-2 business days and will take at least 3-8 business days to reach your shipping location (depending on what shipping method chosen.)
